The protein content is 15 grams. Whey protein, casein and egg protein are optimally combined to guarantee a short and long term protein supply.
Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 with creatine and taurine
To aid the anabolic effect, the powder contains creatine and taurine. These two valuable ingredients can increase both endurance and physical performance.
Ingestion and dosage
Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 should be taken before or after training. One serving (100 grams) is best mixed with 170 or 200 milliliters of water or low-fat milk and drunk as a shake.
Directions for use: 1-2 servings daily - 1 serving 1 hour before exercise and / or 1 serving 1 hour after exercise (100 g - 210 units = 5.5 scoops) dissolve tablespoons in water (300 ml)). The dosage can also be halved (50g / 105 units). Consume immediately after preparation. There can be a weight gain. The supply of the creatine-containing product should not be permanent, but limited in time.
