WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY TAPE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The tape is made in such a way that it is stretchable only in the longitudinal direction. APPLICATION FOR MUSCLE RELEASE AND HEMATOMY OR OEDEM:

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Before applying Kinesiology Tape, please read this information leaflet carefully and stick to it!
• Before use, the skin must be cleaned with a suitable cleaner. The skin should be degreased for a good holding force of the glue.
• Strong hair should be removed before the tape.
• The tape should be lightly squeezed and not too tight.
• After applying the tape, the acrylic adhesive should be activated by heat development by rubbing the tape for at least 20 seconds.
• The tape should be min. 30 minutes before sports activities.
• There should be no pain after setting the tape.
• Do not leave Kinesiology Tape on the skin for more than 5 days!
• To remove the tape, it should be wetted or oiled. The tape should be unrolled on the skinned skin with the hair direction.

COMPOSITION: 97% cotton, 3% spandex (elastane), acrylic adhesive coating

STORAGE: The storage temperature limit should be observed when the product is stored for a long time. The tape should always be protected against direct sunlight.
In rare cases, the use of the tape may cause allergic reactions to the acrylic adhesive. These can manifest themselves in itching, reddening of the skin or even so-called wheezing. In this case, the tape should be immediately removed from the skin and a doctor should be consulted.

Contraindications:

• Do not use the tape on open or unhealed wounds.
• Do not use the tape with any kind of psoriasis or skin rashes.

• Do not use the tape on very thin skin (so-called parchment skin)
• Do not use the tape on the cranium during pregnancy.

CUTTING DEVICES: Depending on the installation, the appropriate cutting shape must be selected. Before the tape is installed, the corners should be rounded for a better grip.
