L-arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning that under normal circumstances it can be manufactured by the body to meet its needs. In the event of a poor diet or severe physical exertion, our biosynthetic pathway cannot produce sufficient amounts of arginine and therefore part must be obtained from food or supplements.
It is the sole precursor of nitric oxide (NO) and an important precursor to creatine, and arginine supplements are generally popular among athletes and bodybuilders. Taking high-dose capsules is the easiest way to meet the increased need for arginine.
Usage: Take 1 capsule of Mega Arginine daily, preferably 30 minutes before training.
