The Best Body Nutrition Protein Shakes are delicious ready-to-drink protein shakes in a practical 500ml PET bottle. The basis of the protein shakes is milk protein concentrate. The main ingredient is the well-known protein casein with approx. 80%. Casein is digested slowly by the body due to its complex structure. The advantage is that the body is supplied with amino acids over a long period of 6 to 8 hours. The Best Body Nutrition protein shakes are therefore ideal for situations in which the body is dependent on a long-term supply of amino acids - for example before going to bed or as a quick and ready-to-drink snack with a lasting satiety effect.
