Best Body Nutrition L-Carnitin Liquid with delicious lemon flavour contains 1000 mg of L-carnitine per portion and is ready to drink. Best Body Nutrition relies on a high raw material quality. Therefore we use only Carnipure® by Lonza. Because of a biological production process, Lonza Carnipure® consists of 100 % L-carnitine with 0 % D-carnitine.
The human body is able to build L-carnitine naturally of the amino acids lysine and methionine. It is a body own substance and can be found mainly in the musculature and in the heart muscle. A part of the everyday required L-carnitine is supplied by nutrition. L-carnitine is an important factor in the fat metabolism because it transports long-chained fatty acids into the mitochondria where they can be burned into energy.
Additionally the L-Carnitin Liquid is optimized with vitamin B6. Vitamins are essential nutrients. The body cannot develop them by itself, meaning they have to supplied through food or supplements. The contained vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. A well functioning energy metabolism is important for energy production, which is important for the basic functions in the body.
Best Body Nutrition recommends to take daily 25 ml of L-Carnitin Liquid 20 minutes before the training and directly after getting up on days without training. L-Carnitin Liquid is available as 1000 ml or 500 ml bottle.
