Black Blood CAF+ is a complex formula in which magnesium, niacin and vitamin B6 are involved in normal energy-producing metabolic processes and also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.* Vitamin B6 is involved in normal protein and glycogen metabolism involved, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function*, zinc is involved in normal fatty acid metabolism, plays a role in normal protein synthesis**, and also contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. How to use: Mix 2x1 ration powder (2x7.5g = 2x1.5 dosing spoons) with 2x100 ml water in the shaker. Drink half of the ration 15 minutes before training and half during training. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded!
