In addition to L-arginine, Ca-AKG (calcium alpha ketoglutarate) and creatine commonly found in pre-workout products, Brutal Anadrol also contains herbal extracts well known in the men's world. These are extracts of maca, saw palmetto, fenugreek, ginseng, bakopa and milk thistle. We've also added natural caffeine from green tea for greater potency. Finally, we fortified the product with Coenzyme Q10 and Niacin (Vitamin B3) to get all 12 ingredients.
