If we provide our body with all the amino acids it needs, it will have something to build on. This is why a balanced diet rich in protein and amino acids is important for all athletes.

All Aminos contains all the essential and non-essential amino acids that an active lifestyle needs. And more than that, we've added magnesium to it, which contributes to normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, maintenance of electrolyte balance, and reduction of fatigue and tiredness.

Recommended dosage: Mix 1 serving (17g=1+1/3 scoops) of All Aminos powder per day with 400 ml of cold water. Consume one serving during exercise. On rest days, take one serving between meals.
