Carbohydrates are involved in restoring normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical activity that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores. The beneficial effect can be achieved by consuming carbohydrates from any source in a ratio of 4g/kg body mass, within the first 4 but no later than 6 hours after high-intensity and/or long-lasting activities that cause muscle fatigue and exhaustion glycogen storage of the skeletal muscles leading body movement should be taken in several portions.

Cluster Dextrin™ as a base is a multi-branched cyclic dextrin made from corn starch. It's a fast-absorbing complex carbohydrate, a good choice during and after exercise; it is optimally suited to sports that require long-term endurance. Compared to "traditional" maltodextrin, Cluster Dextrin™ has a lower glycemic index while its molecular weight is 200-1000 times higher. Thanks to its rapid absorption and high molecular mass, it does not burden the digestive system, making it a good choice for energy replacement during and/or after exercise.
Recommended intake: Mix 1 serving of the product (25g = 3 heaped measuring spoons) in a shaker with 300-400ml water or any liquid. Consume 1 serving on training days, within 4 hours after intensive training or during long-term training during sporting activities.
Tip: The Zero Drops flavor drops are recommended for flavoring.
